We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented helper to join our production team. The Lamination Line Helper in Sturgis, Michigan will be responsible for assisting of setting up and operating the Lamination Line. The ideal candidate will have a strong work history, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Job duties include:
- Operate line to produce parts in accordance with production requirements
- Pack and label completed product per process.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Assist to perform routine machine maintenance
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent- Operate a forklift
- Familiarity with machine tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Excellent attendance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Previous machine experience- Experience with operating a forklift
