**Role Overview:**
We're seeking a driven and experienced Licensed Assisted Living Director to lead our newest Senior Memory Care facility in Minneapolis-St Paul. As the pivotal figure in our team, you'll not only oversee day-to-day operations but also drive profitability, hire and nurture exceptional support staff to achieve our company's goals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage operations while maximizing profitability within regulatory standards.
- Develop, lead, and inspire a team of exceptional caregivers, culinary and support staff.
- Drive business growth by implementing effective strategies for revenue and occupancy.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and budgetary control.
- Cultivate a positive, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve company goals.
- Drive and maintain high standards of care and service excellence.
**Qualifications:**
- Licensed Assisted Living Director in Minnesota or ability to obtain promptly. -or-
- Licensed and in good standing RN in the State of Minnesota'
- 5+ years of successful leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, and Memory Care.
- Thorough understanding of Minnesota's senior living regulations and compliance.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and managerial skills.
- Proven track record in team leadership, business growth, and profitability.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

- Assisted Living Management: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
