We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve engaging in age-appropriate activities, promoting social and emotional development, and ensuring the well-being of each child.
```Duties```
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate cognitive, physical, and social development
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to promote positive behavior management
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in childcare or related field preferred
- Knowledge of early intervention techniques and childhood development principles
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies in a classroom setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children, including those with special education requirements
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in early childhood education or related field is a plus
