Ladies Locker Room Server (Flexible Schedule, Friendly Work Environment, Reasonable Hours)

Position: Ladies Locker Room Server

Reports To: Locker Room Manager

Essential Functions:

· Welcome and greet members and guests upon entering the Locker Room areas

· Provides food and beverage service - able to learn and sell menu items and place orders with accuracy

· Prepares and serves alcoholic beverages and cocktails when required; mostly wine.

· Clear tables and return dishes and cutlery to kitchens.

· Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage products that are offered and how they are prepared.

· Verify accuracy of member number and prices before presenting the check for signature.

· Helps with care and maintenance of the Locker Room to always keep everything in top condition.

· Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance always in accordance with the established dress codes, good posture, and a smile. (no visible tattoos or non-traditional piercings)

· Provide equal and immediate attention to all members/guests upon arrival.

.Take care of member and guest clothes, golf shoes, street shoes and other needs in the Locker Room.

· Effectively handle complaints and communicate them to manager or supervisor immediately.

· Work with a “sense of urgency” on behalf of the membership without disrupting the atmosphere of the Locker Room.

· Keeps bar, dining, and prep area neat and clean.

· Adheres to all Club food and beverage service standards.

· Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager.

· Attend meetings as requested by supervisor or manager.

· Proper execution of POS system (Jonas) to ensure accurate communication between kitchen, bar, and service staff.

· Responsible for restocking supplies.

· Restock grooming supplies in shower room and sink areas.

· Perform Housekeeping duties as requested.

· Assist maintaining all LLR areas clean and in order.

· Assist with shoe care and assures accurate member/guest shoe delivery from MLR.

· Perform other related duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager.

Other Responsibilities:

· Any tips need to be distributed equally and honestly.

· Always treat all members and guests equally and according to Club standards.

· Do not serve alcohol to intoxicated members/guests or anyone under the age of 21.

· Report intoxicated members/guests and children asking for alcoholic beverages to supervisor or manager on duty immediately.

· Always ask for ID if legal drinking age (21) is a concern. No ID, no alcohol.

· If a member/guest appears to be impaired and is driving, offer alternate transportation, such as a Taxi or a ride from a friend or relative.

· Comply with all TABC and Club regulations concerning alcoholic beverage service.

Working Conditions:

· The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

Special Requirements:

· Must know menu thoroughly and proper food presentation and service.

· Must keep personal and confidential information confidential.

· Basic knowledge of wines.

· Bartender knowledge.

· Possess an outgoing personality, honesty, integrity

· Always courteous and tactful with members, guests and coworkers.

· Must treat others with kindness and respect.

· Ability to effectively communicate to members, guests, and staff in pleasant and professional manner.

· Must be able to speak English clearly and understand members’ wants and how to serve them.

· Must be able to write legibly and accurately.

· Must have professional, neat, and clean appearance.

· Must appear for work on time and follow schedule.

· Ability to interact well with co-workers.

· Ability to understand and follow posted rules and procedures.

· Must follow directions from a supervisor.

· Must be able to work long hours.

· Must be a minimum age of 18 years.

· Must have valid TABC certification to serve alcohol.

· Must have valid Food Handler’s certification to serve food (per Texas law)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
