Assists guests and maintain cleanliness and organization of Locker Room.
Essential Functions:
1. Assists guests with robes, towels, slippers and lockers.
2. Ensures the cleanliness of Locker Room facilities.
3. Maintains public areas.
4. Keeps all areas of the Locker Room, little boys and little girls Locker Rooms clean and well-stocked.
5. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.
6. Performs special projects delegated by management.
7. Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.
8. Assist in laundry room with towels for the ladies and mens Locker Rooms as well as the pool towels.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Excellent people and communication skills. Demonstrated outstanding customer service. Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation. Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

SUMMARY
The Ladies Locker Room Attendant position requires a strong foundation in cleaning, janitorial, and custodial experience, along with proficiency in floor care and commercial cleaning. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with customers and maintain the Locker Room facilities to the highest standards.
