Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily communication with lab science staff and facilities team.
- Ensure relevant labware, consumables, supplies, and areas are properly stocked, cleaned, sterilized, and/or maintained through the use of appropriate equipment and processes
- Perform laboratory waste consolidation routines via specified processes as needed
- Support lab equipment maintenance routines as directed
- Assist with the ordering and stock integrity of lab supplies through inventory management, procurement, and receiving processes and systems
- Conduct formulation under GMP environment
- Perform work process documentation, metrics tracking, and communication routines
- Complies with all safety rules, practices good housekeeping, and maintains a safe workplace.
- Familiar with Good Laboratory Practices as related to the tasks being performed.
- Receive and distribute lab material deliveries, collecting signed packing slips.
- Coordinates the shipping of lab materials and samples.
- Manages lab gas deliveries, and orders gas on a regular basis.
- Clean-up in support of lab activities.
- Responsible for communicating with science staff on needs and communicating them directly to the lab manager.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Experience / Training / Education:
- 1-2 research laboratory experience is desired but not required
- Experience in cell culture, bacteria culture, and yeast media preparation.
- Understanding operational laboratory workflows and successfully balancing routines tasks and ad-hoc work
- BS/BA is desired but not required
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Work well within a fast-paced, dynamic, results- and team-oriented start-up environment
- Any similar combination of education and experience.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced multitasking environment.
- Knowledge and ability to perform basic lab equipment maintenance.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds required.
- Effective verbal communication skills.

Pay: $21.56 - $26.56 per hour
