The Labor Relations Associate administers human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations. Researches and analyzes data pertaining to human resources. Provides management with reports on any employee relations issues and possible resolutions. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Participates in labor contract negotiations.Must be familiar with federal, state and local regulations pertaining to labor issues. Represents the organization in legal hearings on labor issues and with labor governing bodies. Makes recommendations for changes to existing policies to ensure compliance with new or proposed regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or a related field required, or equivalent work experience
- 5 Years or more of overall HR experience preferred, where 2 or more should be in the Employee Relations, which includes experience in conducting investigations from start to finish
Salary Range: 75k - 85k
