Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Labor and Employment Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on providing strategic advice and counseling to clients on a wide range of employment-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and counseling to clients on labor and employment law matters
- Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation
- Draft and negotiate employment agreements, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in labor and employment law
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Minimum of [5] years of experience practicing labor and employment law
- Proven track record of success in labor and employment-related litigation
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
