Responsibilities:
- Basic Lab Management:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the IQ Lab.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure a well-functioning work environment.
- Lab Equipment Bring-up and Maintenance:
- Set up and maintain various lab equipment for testing and experimentation.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure proper functionality and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Camera Competitive Analysis & Benchmarking:
- Perform competitive analysis on cameras, including benchmarking against industry standards.
- Conduct field testing to evaluate the performance of different camera models.
- Capture images and videos for analysis and comparison.
- Demo Scene Setups:
- Create and set up demo scenes for showcasing camera capabilities.
- Collaborate with teams to understand specific requirements for demo purposes.
Skills:
- Technical Proficiency:
- Ability to follow instructions and product manuals with precision.
- Capability to work independently and generate detailed reports on lab activities.
- Attention to Detail:
- Meticulous attention to details, particularly in following instructions and procedures.
- Lab Equipment Operation:
- Proficiency in operating general lab equipment and tools.
- Basic manual skills, including toolmanship and equipment assembly.
- Photography and Visual Skills:
- Basic photography and picture-taking skills.
- Keen eye for visual details and the ability to capture high-quality images.
- Training and Adaptability:
- Openness to learning and adapting to new camera technologies.
- Willingness to undergo necessary camera training provided by the company.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification is a plus.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in lab management or technical support is must.
