Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mix allergy serums
- Verify insurances, prepare billing slip
- Create and document allergy schedules, labels, and bottles.
- Communicate in an effective and timely manner with manager and other staff needs for clinical supply and missing documents.
- Filling skin testing trays and ID trays
- Ability to appropriately document and use EMR and HPAC.
- Document refrigerator settings and temperatures
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some College/Associate Degree preferred
- Medical Assistant experience
- Allergy Experience a plus
Physical Demands:
- The employee must be able to lift and /or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Put away supplies.
