Lab Analyst - Entry Level Chemist

Join our team! The analytical chemistry team provides world-class analytical support to all technical activities including chemical manufacturing process development and improvement; applications and customer technical support for existing products and regulatory stewardship.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.S. degree in Chemistry or Science -with at least 1 years’ experience preferred
• Extensive hands-on experience with GC, HPLC, and Wet Chemistry is a plus.
• Collaborate with other chemists, engineers, and stakeholders to develop new analytical protocols to support internal and external customers.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of Chemistry, Analytical methods, etc.
• Proven knowledge in the areas of analytical chemistry.
• Exceptional lab safety practices.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Initiative, creativity, problem solving skills, and data-based conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical analyses of samples using a range of analytical techniques, such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and titration.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments and equipment, ensuring proper calibration and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Develop and validate methods and protocols for specific tests or experiments.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and draw conclusions, often collaborating with research teams or colleagues to solve analytical problems.
• Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing analytical findings and presenting results to stakeholders or clients.

DETAILSPay: $25-28/hr Depending on Experience
