Solar Winds Certified Professional (SCP)
Certified ITILv3 Foundation (Preferred)

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
  • Review business requirements and improve monitoring of the Orion Platform
  • Should have core competencies in the administration, support, and operation of the Orion
  • Solar Winds platform including NPM, NCM, SAM, VNQM, NTA
  • Handle Technical Escalations received from Operational team and Customer about monitoring tool Infrastructure (Orion Solar Winds platform and Manage Engine Manager Enterprise architecture Implement service request and change request related to monitoring tool
  • Create SOP's ensuring compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and train internal teams Provide expertise to help improve a reporting system that meets the needs of our client and create additional Orion reports,
  • assist in MIS & Dashboards Co-ordination with vendor on Incident resolutions & closure Document technical procedures and work instructions

Desired Experience/Skills Requirements:
  • 4-5 Experience in Monitoring infrastructure Administration (Orion - SolarWinds / ManageEngine - ZOHO ).
  • Hands-On Experience in Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting with Orion SolarWinds platform including Network Performance Monitor, Network Configuration Manager, Server & Application Monitor, NetFlow Traffic Analyzer, VoIP & Network Quality Manager
  • Good Knowledge & experience on configuration of Custom alerts, SNMP traps, Syslog, Reports Review Orion and optimize its performance, Create and maintain Orion maps, Dashboards
  • Wireless, Load balancer Client and manage network elements (e.g. nodes, interfaces, volumes) using Orion.
  • Customize Orion web console and Orion custom properties, views, and menu bars to meet client business needs Good knowledge of MIBs, OIDs, and WMI performance counters
  • Good knowledge & experience in installation, configuration & troubleshooting with ManageEngine OpManager, Application Manager Exposure to quality standards ISO 20000 & 27000 Interacting with business to understand product requirements.
  • Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems Perform Life Cycle Management for IT products under management Proactively identify areas of automation in the releases and support process and help implement automation.
  • SNOW / JIRA ticketing knowledge would be added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Open mind set to explore new technologies to solve business problems Strong team player skills, empowering and challenging our team members in a constructive way.
  • Experience with the Agile way of working.
