Job Description
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- -Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- -Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state, and local laws for all positions.
- -Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- -Compliance and Knowledge of HR standards of practice.
- -Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis.
- -Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns, and conflicts.
- -Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- -Proven experience working with business leaders and end users to understand business and user needs and developing system and process strategies to address the needs.
- -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- -Ability to coach, mentor, and influence others.
- -Support transfer employees and trainees to settle in.
- -Researches, reviews, maintains, and renews company benefit packages.
- -Strong demonstration of high ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- -Coordinates company events with activity arrangements.
- -Oversees and support Administrations.
- -Legally entitled to work in the U.S. for now and future.
- -BA or BS in Business or related major.
- -Fluent in Korean and English.
- -Good communication skills.
- -Experience in 3+ years in Corporate Human Resources.
- -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills)
- -Strong attention to detail and follows through.
- -Reliable with self-motivated, good, positive, and energetic working ethics.
