Kona Ice Driver & Event Server

Kona Ice of Tigard & Hillsboro is looking for FUN and ENERGETIC people to drive our Kona Ice trucks throughout the Washington County area!

Our trucks are the KOOLEST on the streets and when our customers get a Kona Ice they are also getting the Kona Experience. It's your job to create that Kona Experience. A memory that will last a lifetime.

Job duties will change daily, some days maybe you are at a parked location, the next might be at a school, concert, street fair or sporting event. One shift may be making syrups or cleaning the trucks.

Must be available to work days/evenings/weekends/holidays. Kona Ice schedules are fluid because our customers create the schedule. Kona Ice Krew members need to have very flexible schedules with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers. You need to have initiative and good problem solving abilities.

This is a highly visible position within the communities and professionalism will be expected at all times while you're in public. You are representing us as well as the Kona Ice brand.

You must be well-groomed, friendly, outgoing and love working with children and people. Must be comfortable working alone and be a self-motivator.

This is a part time seasonal position, working through end of April-October, some flexibility available.

Must have at least one year of experience driving, and be comfortable driving a larger U haul sized vehicle.

Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Type: Part-time, full time options available during peak season.

Pay: $18.00 per hour, with tips equivilating up to $30/hour

Experience:

Driving: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: Meet for work at our home base in Sherwood where our trucks are stored at our warehouse. You will then be on the road working various events throughout the community.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
