Form of work The Harris Poll is seeking a highly motivated and organized Knowledge Management Analyst to join our dynamic Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in capturing, organizing, and disseminating knowledge to enhance our market research consulting services' efficiency and effectiveness.
You will be responsible for managing our knowledge assets, ensuring that our consultants have access to the best and most relevant information to serve our clients. You will be a strong collaborator and comfortable working with all levels of the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for effective Knowledge Management aligned with the firm's goals
- Manage and curate a repository of best practices, case studies, and industry reports
- Facilitate knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems
- Conduct research and analysis to support consulting teams, including industry analysis, market trends, and best practices
- Collaborate with project teams to capture insights and learnings from client engagements
- Train and assist staff in accessing and utilizing knowledge resources
- Stay abreast of new trends in Knowledge Management and consulting industry
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in, Business, Information Management, Library & Information Studies, Data Science, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Knowledge Management systems and IT tools.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in Knowledge Management, research, or a related role in a consulting or business environment.

$70,000 - $90,000 a year
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $70,000- $90,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
