We are looking for a Knowledge Expert to join our global team and provide expertise in the field of Talent & Skills. As a Knowledge Expert, you will collaborate with case teams, provide expert advisory, and drive the development of intellectual property in the Talent & Skills business.
Responsibilities:
- Solve complex client problems in strategic people, talent, and skill questions
- Lead a team of junior colleagues
- Develop and maintain Talent & Skills knowledge assets
- Work collaboratively in a virtual group dynamic
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of projects in the Talent & Skills space
- Coach junior team members
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- 8+ years consulting experience or 10-12+ years industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Expertise in talent management, workforce planning, skills assessment, and people analytics
- Fluency in English
