Welcome to BCG's People & Organization Practice (POP)

We are looking for a Knowledge Expert to join our global team and provide expertise in the field of Talent & Skills. As a Knowledge Expert, you will collaborate with case teams, provide expert advisory, and drive the development of intellectual property in the Talent & Skills business.

Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex client problems in strategic people, talent, and skill questions
  • Lead a team of junior colleagues
  • Develop and maintain Talent & Skills knowledge assets
  • Work collaboratively in a virtual group dynamic
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Manage a portfolio of projects in the Talent & Skills space
  • Coach junior team members
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • 8+ years consulting experience or 10-12+ years industry experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Expertise in talent management, workforce planning, skills assessment, and people analytics
  • Fluency in English
