Note: This is a temporary, (4-6 months) opportunity where you will be working 40 hours per week. You will be supporting the Member Operations team and will be compensated monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Audit existing help center content to identify areas for improvement.
- Create engaging, informative, and easy-to-understand content that simplifies complex tax and accounting concepts.
- Collaborate with our tech team to ensure seamless integration of help content with our digital platforms.
- Work closely with our tax experts to ensure accuracy and compliance in all content.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase the visibility and accessibility of help content.
- Update content to reflect changes in tax laws and accounting practices when necessary.
- Develop multimedia content, including videos and infographics, to enhance user engagement.
What we need you to bring:
- Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a tax, accounting, or financial setting.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with an ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in creating multimedia content (videos, infographics) is a plus.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What we offer in return:
Compensation Range: $8,333 USD per month.
The salary ranges for the roles are posted for your convenience and review. Please understand that if an offer is presented, the offer compensation package will be based on the relevant position related skills a candidate demonstrates during our formal interview process.
