Pay Range: $51,571 - 63,948 annually
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
As a Kitchen/Bath Design Coordinator at NFM you will help our loyal customers create cabinets that they love. You will navigate them through the sales process while building relations with our cabinet customers. You will build brand loyalty one customer at a time.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
- Be Positive: Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression
- Research: Serve as a subject matter expert to internal and external customers
- Qualify: Obtain and review construction blueprints to determine size and scope of project for accurate design advice and product recommendations
- Be the Expert: Prepare documents, binders and presentations utilizing 20-20 Design to find the perfect fit for the customer
- Communicate: Work closely with sales staff to convey project specifics - style preferences, lifestyle choices, scope and cost associate with the project
- Collaborate: Develop and maintain relationship with vendors, builders, design/architectural firms to showcase NFM
- Leave your Mark: Create customers for life

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, related field or relevant experience required
- 3 years of experience in sales, remodeling, design or related field required
- Experience with 20-20 Design software preferred
- Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word and Excel) required
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
