Are you passionate about culinary excellence and ready to showcase your skills in a dynamic kitchen environment? SAMA HANDROLLS, a Japanese yakitori and Handroll bar in LA's arts district, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Back of House team as Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers.

Responsibilities:

• Line Cooks: Preparation of sauces, vegetable handling, and adept fish preparation in adherence to safe food handling practices.
• Prep Cooks: Assist in preparing ingredients and maintaining station organization and cleanliness.
• Dishwashers: Ensure the cleanliness of kitchenware and utensils, maintaining a neat and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a kitchen environment, understanding culinary principles, and safe food handling practices.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Possession of a valid food handler's card is a must.

Salary: $17.27 - $21.00 per hour
