### Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent service to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our food service establishment. ### Duties - Assist with food production, including prepping ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area - Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients - Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure efficient workflow - Provide support to the dietary department as needed - Help with inventory management and restocking supplies - Adhere to all company policies and procedures ### Experience - Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and equipment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team Joining our team as a Kitchen Team Member offers an opportunity for growth within the food industry.
