Kitchen Team Member

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and meal service. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in the food industry, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Cook and assemble meals according to dietary requirements and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed

Please note that this position may also be referred to as a Dietary Aide or Kitchen Helper in some settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
