Responsibilities
- The Back of House Team Member seeks to provide guests with a remarkable dining experience each and every day by working as a team to give each guest the quickest, highest quality food possible
- Prepares, cooks and presents food safely, delivering food to our guests within 90 seconds
- Works quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Adheres properly to safety standards with kitchen equipment, ingredients and personnel
- Looks for opportunities to stock and clean to maintain a productive workstation
- Keeps the kitchen clean, safe, and organized at all times, including floors
- Maintains and develops personal expertise with in-house training and annual recertification
- Rigorously follows company policies and procedures to produce incredible food, every time
- Strives for quality and consistency in every aspect of their work
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality to all
- Can multitask while working at a quick, efficient and thorough pace
- Shares and protects our value of team
- Must be available at least 2 Saturdays monthly
- Must be available to close 2-3 shifts weekly

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
