Job Overview:
We are seeking Team Members to prepare our artisanal breakfast items and specialty doughnuts. You will be responsible for ensuring that our breakfast items are prepared in a timely manner while meeting high quality standards.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook breakfast items
- Prepare all specialty food items (keto, vegan and dog doughnuts)
- Assist with doughnut prep as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety of kitchen area- including sweeping, washing dishes and emptying trash
- Maintain/follow food safety guidelines
- Assist Front of House assembling boxes, preparing hand-stamped bags, wiping down tables
- Assist Front of House fulfilling doughnut orders during rush times
- Maintain dress code
Qualifications:
- Multi-task efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Interpersonal skills to communicate well with Team Members
- Basic culinary knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to withstand a full shift potentially on your feet
Experience:
- Practical experience in various food service positions preferred
- Must obtain/maintain ServSafe or state certification
- Knowledge/training/certification in kitchen emergencies (First Aid, CPR, Fires) a plus
