At Local Kitchens you will work alongside talented chefs from various backgrounds. We are constantly updating our menu with the latest food trends. We serve some of the most award-winning food in the country. We talk a lot about Guest Love. Responsibilities:
Cook/fry meats, vegetables, and other ingredients
Prepare and portion food prior to cooking
Perform final assembly of meals
Package sandwiches, salads, burritos, and bowls
Inspect, clean, and maintain food preparation areas
Ensure food is stored and cooked at proper temperatures
Ensure the freshness and quality of food by tasting
Requirements:
No experience required! We’ll train you.
At least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to adapt and follow instructions
Ability to move freely around the kitchen
Ability to lift loads of 25-50 pounds
Ability to operate store equipment including fryers, grills, and more
Ability to interact productively with Team Members
Nice to Have:
Line cook experience
Ability to communicate in Spanish
