Qualifications:
- A friendly, warm, and caring attitude towards Team Members.
- The ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with kitchen equipment, including slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service and preparation is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Master and execute all recipe procedures with accuracy.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized at all times.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Maintain a continuous flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area.
