Job functions include but not limited to: clean food preparationequipment, work areas, and counters or tables. Perform food preparationtasks, such as making sandwiches, carving meats, making soups or salads,prepare desserts, and brewing coffee or tea. Perform general cleaningactivities in kitchen and dining areas. Restock kitchen supplies, rotatefood, Grill, cook, and fry foods such as French fries, eggs, andpancakes. Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits andvegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving. Sweep and mop kitchenfloor Grill and garnish hamburgers or other meats, such as steaks andchops. Stock cupboards and refrigerators, and tend salad bars and buffetmeals. Receive and store food supplies, equipment, and utensils inrefrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas. Weigh or measureingredients. Wash dishes and cooking utensil and assist where everneeded in the kitchen
Lodging will be provided at the job site and a rate of \$135 per personper week with shared bathroom and \$150 per person per week with privatebathroom (this is optional). This is deductible from wages which will bepaid every two weeks (this is optional), along with Federal and Statestatutory deductions.
Minimum work hours is 35hrs/wk, 7am-12pm & 6pm-8pm. Wage offer is\$19.94 per hour
Overtime payable over 40hrs/wk at \$29.91 per hour. Monday Sunday with 2days off per week, Scheduled shift and workdays vary. Weekends &holidays required.
