We are looking for knowledgeable, hardworking individual to work as a part-time Kitchen Prep/Smoothie Maker Associate at NDC Natural Market, Oshkosh's exciting new natural grocery store. Job Duties:
· Maintain stock levels of smoothie bar essentials including produce, ice and mixes
· Blend smoothies to customer order in a timely and courteous manner
· Create highest quality and consistent smoothies for clients
· Confidently and accurately explain smoothie options and add-ons
· Communicate add-on and smoothie purchases to cashiers
· Assist store associate culling and breakdown of produce from store stock for smoothies
· Meticulous process control on prepping, labeling and freezing items for bar
· Share your knowledge, teach, and explain everything
· Maintain a safe and cleanwork environment defined by ServSafe® requirements
· Track soup bar testing and manage soup stock levels through the day.
· Sample products from around the store during down time including tray sampling around the store and at nearby businesses
- Baking bread/cookies and preparing Deli items for sale under the guidance of our Deli Manager each day. Much more to come as we continue to grow each our business each and every day.
Skills and Requirements:
· High school Graduate
· Friendly, helpful and caring attitude
· Ability to speak clearly and convey information accurately
· Desire to learn and continue learning
