PAY: $18-$22 per hour based on experience.
SCHEDULE: 2pm-close. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Kitchen Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency on all cook stations. (Including grill, fry, sautee, and panty)
- Setup line and prep food items for service daily
- Keep stations clean, organized, and fresh daily
- Cook appropriate items at your station according to 30hop demands
- Maintain appropriate temperatures for walk-ins, meats/poultry, etc.
- Assist Executive Chef with training new kitchen personnel
- Communicate Executive Chef, Translator, and FOH
- Maintain appropriate par levels of food items depending on 30hop forecasting
- Maintain organization and freshness of walk-ins
- Elaborate with servers about food.
- Follow recipes to prepare food items accordingly.
- Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables; cut, trim, or clean meat.
- Prepare appetizers, salads, or cold dishes.
- Bake, roast, broil, and steam meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food for pick up by a server and delivery to guests.
- Maintain clean and sanitized work areas such as cutting boards, counters, and workspaces.
- Secure and store food items properly.
- Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
- Follow safe food handling procedures.
- Follow guidelines related to sustainability practices.
- Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1+ years of kitchen experience
- 6months+ Expediting experience
