- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Monitor food production and quality to meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and update menu offerings
- Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement and enforce proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely food service
- Handle customer concerns or complaints related to the kitchen

- Proven experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a high-volume establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory control and cost management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food service setting
