Position Overview:
As a shift lead, you are responsible for overseeing the kitchen, food quality, recipe adherence, guest satisfaction and daily store operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with your fellow #CRISPCrew to deliver an exceptional experience for not only our guests, but the community
- Maintain a fun and productive work environment
- Assist guests with any concerns or questions
- Cash handling & be a key holder
- Inventory
- Assist training in new staff for the kitchen
- Understand and enforce food safety and restaurant cleanliness.
- Embody what it means to be a C.R.I.S.P. employee (Customer First, Responsible, Inspirational, Self-Starter, and Passionate)
- Ability to clearly communicate with fellow managers, fellow #CRISPCrew, and guests
- Become a master on our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, and ability to describe flavor profile
- Become a master at creating signature salads, grain-bowls, and smoothies while maintaining C&G quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
- Practice FIFO
Job Requirements:
- Minimum
o 1-year Supervisor/lead kitchen experience
o Positive attitude and willingness to learn
o Passion for living a healthy life
o Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
o Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred
o Fast-casual experience
o High school diploma
o Drive to consistently improve and take on more

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
