As a Kitchen Lead, you will work directly for the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Eau Claire. As a local to the Chippewa Valley area, the Owner/Operator will be present in the business daily, working alongside and supporting the Team.

Here are some of the things you can expect to be responsible for in Kitchen Leader Role:

• Leading teams of up to 15 at a time
• Opening/closing operations
• Food safety and quality
• Task management
• Labor and food cost management
• Scheduling and executing breaks
• Inventory management

Pay: Starting at $20 / hour
