Responsibilities:

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Provide immediate and respectful response to guests' needs
• Manage a team of 20, including other leaders
• Assist in training new hires and act as a role model for the team
• Be a friendly and encouraging team player
• Manage opening and/or closing shifts as needed
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Availability on Saturdays

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Smile and create emotional connections with guests
• Have reliable transportation
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Prior experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or manager preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong benefit
