Superior Stone & Cabinet is a licensed specialty remodeling contractor, natural stone and engineered quartz countertop wholesale distributor, and kitchen/bath cabinetry dealer. We complete thousands of remodeling projects every year and work with a wide range of customers. Our customers vary from large national home builders, multi-unit builders/contractors and commercial contractors to home owner’s looking to replace existing cabinets and countertops.

We have maintained growth through the toughest times and the future looks extremely bright. We are looking for a hardworking team oriented in-home sales professional to become a part of our growing family. We offer a base salary plus commission, Group Health, paid holidays, paid vacation and a Simple IRA. Compensation depending upon sales performance on the average is $60-100K per year.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· 2-4 years of proven in home sales success

· 2020 Design (CAD) software experience preferred

· Ability to sell and close deals

· Outstanding communicator

· Ability to comprehend technical subject matter associated with kitchen cabinetry, countertops and flooring

· Ability to drive sales through networking, creating referral partnerships, and creative marketing

· Office computer skills including typical word processing, spreadsheet programs

· Flexible schedule to meet homeowners needs and work Saturdays

· Ability to aggressively schedule appointments via telephone and in person

· Ability to run face to face appointments with potential clients

· Ability to prospect new business

· Must be able to lift 50 Ibs

· Must be able to walk/inspect unfinished/partial finish construction job sites

· Clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
