Tim Hogans Flooring, Kitchen & Bath is a growing small business located in Charleston, WV focused on residential and commercial flooring, kitchens and Baths. We are professional, customer-centric, creative and our goal is to build a team of dynamic individuals that are self-starters that want to grow with our business.
Our owners are vertically integrated with a group of various companies focused on the construction industry and we are looking to grow our Kitchen and Bath design services. We are in the final stages of a complete interior and exterior remodel of our location in Charleston and expansion of our product lines.

Job Description
The team member we are looking for will have experience with creating clean and functional kitchens and Baths for clients, and has a passion for collaborating with our team to create designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This person should be highly motivated to meet the customer needs and to work with them through various projects. Use of 2020 Design Software or a similar type of design software is a plus. This individual should have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing, designing and quoting Kitchen and Bath projects, including consulting with contractors and cabinet installers. Submission of a design portfolio demonstrating your design and computer skills is required.
Duties
- Meet with clients to discuss their design ideas and translate into a functional, cohesive design.
- Create design presentations of design renderings, layouts and wall elevations.
- Preparing a complete bid/contract proposal.
- Work with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and walk-ins to assist in cabinetry design residential kitchen, bath, and other cabinetry storage solutions.
- Coordinate and work with contractors and cabinet installers to coordinate projects.
- Travel to client locations for measurements and visual inspections to identify issues.
- Ability to cross sale other services as identified.
Required Skills
- 3 years of experience
- Proficient in Office 365-Outlook, Word, Excel
- Proficient in 2020 Design Software or similar program
- Order entry & installation quoting
- Project management with coordination with Contractors, Installers, and Homeowners
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, tile, flooring, lighting, and appliance requirements and sourcing
- Ability to measure, design, consult and quote projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and record keeping skills
- Ability to work within budget constrains while maintaining high-quality design standards
- Detail-oriented, highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills
- Logistical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and customer service oriented with an attention to detail
- Ability to provide customers with product and service information
- Drivers license
Pay
Based on experience and will be a base with commission.
