This role will manage the day-to-day execution of Site Merchandising and content updates, driving a premium customer experience and optimizing product performance. Hiring Range:
$61,600.00 USD - $77,000.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
- Execute category specific Site Merchandising optimizations, navigation, and landing page experiences to drive product discoverability and conversion
- Utilize analytics and sales data to drive ongoing improvements and site experience optimizations
- Review site search data to drive merchandising strategy
- Manage promotional and email calendars
How you will do it:
- Have a 360 view of all content/journeys to create cohesive merchandising stories by channel
- Utilize analytics and sales data to drive ongoing improvements and site experience optimizations
- QA e-mail campaigns prior to deployment, ensuring site linking strategies and landing pages are optimized for launch
What success looks like:
- Manage and execute error-free campaigns from start to finish
- Create email calendars based on Marketing/E-com initiatives and create email briefs with extensive details
- Be proactive to achieve our business goals (working ahead, learning new skills, remerchandising if needed to move products, initial reads on new landing pages)
- Successfully collaborate with cross-functional team
