About us

We are an Artificial Turf Installation Company seeking a friendly and reliable Kiosk Attendant to join our team. As a Kiosk Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our kiosk. Your main duties will include:

Customer Service: Greet customers with a welcoming smile, answer their inquiries, and assist them in setting up an appointment for a yard measure / estimate.

Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the products and services offered at the kiosk, including the different artificial grass types, different installation options, and the different types of grass.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
