About the role
The Kindness Team Manager creates a unique interaction between our patients, staff, and retail partners in support of sales execution, market growth, and industry dominance. Oversee the daily operations of the Kindness Team, scheduling, leading, and demonstrating Kindness Team training, mission and values. Leads budtender education and is a reliable source of information on all things Timeless. The Kindness Team Manager executes Timeless national branding campaigns on a regional level and ensures that the Kindness Team is educating, engaging, exciting, and inspiring patients & dispensary staff regarding all facets of Timeless and its House of Brands.
Responsibilities
- Leads with positive intent, striving to make the Timeless Kindness Team the best it can be.
- Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on Timeless products.
- Engage patients and dispensary staff as the face of Timeless with knowledgeable insights about our products and promotions.
- Educating the Kindness Team and ensuring they are exemplifying the Timeless in-store experience
- Be aware of customer flow and staff brand engagement.
- Schedules Kindness Team for In-Store Activations (ISA’s), Blitz, 3rd party & Timeless Branded Events, Trainings & Budtender Educations
- Communicates with Sales to ensure promotions are being run as scheduled
- Create and schedule training in the field for dispensary staff
- Ensure the Timeless brand inside the dispensary reflects Timeless Brands merchandising strategy and standards
- Communicating field information to the National KT Manager.
- Sorts and files all Kindness Team Field recaps and reports field data to the National KT Manager.
- Hire, train, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Kindness Team Members.
- Ensures the Kindness Team is equipped with the proper uniform and ISA Kit for each field activation.
- Updates Kindness Team collateral and language in coordination with National and Regional Themes.
- Manages field data and organizes monthly training with the Kindness team.
- Assists in organizing photos from events & recaps and uploads them to the drive
- Communicates information, data & questions that come directly from the field
- Organizes monthly marketing collateral and preps for delivery as well as assigning travel routes
- Coordinates preparation and delivery of monthly Budtender and Consumer incentives as needed
- Openly communicates with the National KT Manager, Sales, Branding & Kindness Team.
- Punctually submits weekly Dispensary/Event Activations and Price Promotions through monday.com to be included in the Regional Newsletter.
- Revises and approves Newsletter proof sent by the Brand Team at the end of each week.
- Manage ISA & event schedule
- Manage daily operations and communication with the Kindness Team
- Schedules Kindness Team staff and ensures each employee is working the approved set of hours
- Assess and maintain Kindness Team timesheets for accuracy and bi-weekly payroll
- Submits Kindness Team Member mileage reports to accounting in coordination with bi-weekly payroll
- Conduct Performance Reviews for Regional Kindness Team Members

Experience
- 3 years of experience in marketing and promotions
Educational Background / Certificates
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business Management (preferred)
Additional Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Ability to work unpredictable hours including evenings and weekends
- Must have valid Identification
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
