Hours: 7:30 AM-2:30 PM M/W/F

Job Summary:

Work with Kinder Prep Teachers to assist with implementation of lesson plans for three, four and five-year-old children to guide students through their social, emotional, academic, and physical growth.

Essential Functions:

• Provide care for up to 20 students, ages 3-5
• Work with the teacher to plan and implement activities with children
• Supervise free play, lunch and outdoor learning
• Help maintain a joyful, safe, neat and sanitary environment

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Oral and written proficiency in the English language

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spanish or Mandarin language proficiency
• Experience with preschool aged children

Physical Requirements:

This position requires vocal communication, hearing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, use of hands to grasp and feel, and vision abilities including close, distance, and adjusting focus. Lifting/moving required up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds or more. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
