This isn’t a normal J-O-B. At Kilwins, we’re on a mission to create enjoyment and make people happy. We work hard and have fun doing it and we’re looking for others to join our rockstar team downtown Brevard. Because chocolate and ice cream cravings do not follow a typical 9-5 schedule, availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. This position requires 20-30 hours per week. Opportunity for advancement!  Time will be spent serving our guests Ice Cream, Fudge and Chocolate.

History: 

Kilwins Brevard is owned by young entrepreneurs, Landon and Ashley Clark, and operated by William Weiler. When Ashley Clark was 22-years old, she was living at home, with her parents and her college degree, working a job she’d had since she was 15. Counting the number of times he’d been to a Kilwins on one hand, her dad made a suggestion out of the blue: “Have you ever thought about owning a Kilwins Franchise?” That was October 2012. Landon and Ashley opened their first Kilwins store in 2013 in Greenville, SC. Fast forward to 2022: Landon and Ashley own and operate five Kilwins stores in SC, NC, and TN. They love building relationships with their team. They teach their team to show up on time, deliver on promises, and be better communicators. They are passionate about inspiring their Team Members to do the things that inspire them. They’re not done yet, either - they’re currently expanding in Nashville, TN, and are looking for leaders! 

$12 base plus $3 average hourly tip = $15+ per hour
