• Is passionate about their own relationship with Jesus;
• Works well with our staff dynamic;
• Understands how to minister to both kids and their families;
• Will develop and multiply leaders - both adult and student volunteers to serve kids;
• Is an excellent communicator;
• Is currently being used by God to minister to families;

You will connect well with our community and staff if you:

• Are growing in your faith;
• Have a relational heart;
• Are a developer of people and processes;
• Seek creative ways to reach those who are not yet Christians.
