Kids & Maternity Store Crew / Part-Time Day Shift

Our employee's are a huge part in us being a multi award winning resale store. New candidates interested in joining our team should have the self motivation and desire to be a part of that and strive on a daily basis to achieve those standards. Our Team Members are responsible for interacting with customers who are both buying items from our store or selling items to our store. Through your training you will learn all about Kids & Maternity products so you can assist customers with questions on products, sell items to customers, check customers out, purchase items from customers, process transactions, merchandising, cleaning, stocking, e-commerce, taking photos of products and other duties assigned by management.

Part-Time Day Shift Employee's able to work 10-30 hours per week during regular business operational hours 9:45AM-6:30PM.

Has the passion to stand out and be recognized by management as a Rockstar reliable performing employee with the desire to be promoted within our company from sales associates, supervisors to management.

Here’s what we offer

• Day Shift Hours 9:45AM-6:30PM, no late nights or early mornings ever. Have a life outside of work during normal hours.
• Hourly base training rate starting at $12-13/hour through training period then additional pay increases. Me 'n Mommy To Be provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills, education, experience, geographic region or other relevant factors. This position is eligible for fast track pay raises based upon demonstrated work performance & attendance. We reward reliable hard working staff. Fluent Bi-lingual applicants receive starting base + an additional .50 an hour to start.

· Bi-lingual candidates strongly preferred but not required

· Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, stretch, reach, and lift, push and/or pull heavy objects up to 40 lbs.

· Be able to continuously be on your feet bending, standing and walking for your entire shift

· Ability to follow company policies and standards to conduct your job functions as trained

· We train the right candidates, but you need to have the ability to learn quickly and retain information in a fun fast pace environment

· Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn and use our systems

· 16 years of age or older

· Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; Fluently speaking and reading a second language is an asset but not required
