Kids Dental Office Concierge

In the role of DD4K Concierge, you are the face of the practice, you ensure that each patient visit is an ideal appointment, where the patient arrives value-ready, proceeds smoothly through their interactions with the team, and leaves complete for payment and appointed ahead. In this way, you contribute to creating patient value, maintaining ideal relationships with patients and referring doctors based on mutual value, and to protect the practice economics that drive our success.

CONCIERGE MISSION

You are primarily responsible for patients arriving and departing from the practice. You work with patients and their parents one-on-one to help them achieve and maintain ideal and lifelong relationships with their care team.

>From the moment they enter the office to the moment they leave, patients can depend on you to see that they are kept comfortable and informed. You act as a liaison for patient value, and assist the patient in every possible way to receive the best experience in our practice.

>The quality of the patient’s experience is always your priority, and you hold yourself and our team to high standards that meet each patient’s individual needs, as well as the needs of the practice so we can continue to serve patients at the highest level.

>You contribute ideas for celebrating patients based on your interactions with them, and you make it a point to recognize the outstanding contributions of your teammates.
