JOB SUMMARY
Kids’ Club Video Content Creator will work with David Little (Creative Director) and other team members to produce recurring video lessons and stand alone content/assets for multiple audiences (toddlers through 5th grade), for a variety of experiences (weekends at sites, families at home, online, etc.) This role may also interact with volunteers and contractors of various skills and competencies to deliver on a content schedule.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assembling weekly videos from filmed content and stock
- Create original motion graphics/assets in support of video projects
- Brainstorm video and motion graphics concepts
- Maintain “KC Voice” in content and across the entire KC “library”
- Lead volunteers and contractors
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Experience / Skills Requirements:
- 10-15 years experience in a post production
- A strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Audition, Cinema 4D and color correction software is a plus.
- Associate’s degree in design or related field.

- The ability to give pre-production insight on the the creative execution of a concept

- Strong technical problem solving skills and a desire to learn
- Must have relational skills and experience with being critiqued in a team environment
- Spiritual maturity (follower/producer)
- Leadership abilities and experience (managing/developing 4-7 people at same time).
- Can handle multiple projects at the same time with varying schedules and details/needs.
- Must be actively involved in the Crossroads community
- Must commit to expectations detailed in the “I Promise” document, including using the Bible as the ultimate standard of truth, practicing spiritual disciplines and pursuing personal purity.
Physical Requirements:
- Demanding job requires generally strong physical health
- Ability to handle production equipment on occasion
Scheduling / Travel Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to travel at times depending on projects/conferences/training
- Willing to work flexible hours (evenings or weekends) at times depending on projects.
