A successful candidate will have a BS/MS in EE with at least 3 years of test experience and have the following knowledge/skills:
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers to drive Design-For-Test features enabling efficient and thorough wafer probe testing of new products.
  • Design the wafer probe hardware and manage its fabrication and assembly.
  • Co-develop a wafer test software program with the other members of the test development team.
  • Develop model to predict packaged part performance results from wafer-level test data
  • Debug and validate the hardware and software on Automatic Test Equipment.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree a plus) in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of industry experience with Advantest, National Instruments, and/or Teradyne ATE platforms.
  • Knowledge of mixed signal concepts and PCB signal integrity. Familiarity with DACs, ADCs, RF circuits, power integrity, and high-speed serial interfaces.
  • Experience with TEL probers.
  • Experience with semiconductor die probe on products with challenges such as high pin count, high-speed signals, and/or high power.
  • Experience with known good die solutions
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Java, Python, Visual BASIC, and C/C++.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and trouble-shooting skills. Ability to solve complex problems through design of experiments and analysis of complex datasets.
