Our store teams are the heart of Retail For The People. We are currently in search of top-tier retail talent to fulfill the role of Temporary Keyholder for a fine jewelry brand based in Los Angeles. Renowned for its exquisite, timeless, and thoughtfully crafted jewelry pieces, this brand epitomizes simple elegance and sophistication.

As a Keyholder, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store is safely opened and closed at the start and end of each day, and during the shift providing an exceptional customer experience to all guests. We are seeking a charismatic individual who is passionate about fine jewelry, who aims to delight customers with an unforgettable personal experience. Responsibilities:

• Provide a luxury client experience 
• Educate clients on the unique characteristics, materials, and craftsmanship of pieces
• Achieve or exceed monthly individual sales goals and KPIs
• Capture meaningful customer data according to company tools
• Evaluate data and develop ways of connecting with the client, building relationships, and personalizing client development opportunities
• Maintain security standards within the store
• Maintain visual display of all products following company visual standards
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions on the POS

Requirements: 

• Previous experience as a Keyholder 
• Previous experience within the jewelry category is essential
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
• Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques
• Strong understanding of retail processes and standards
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for the duration of shift
• Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Eligible to work in the United States and aged 18 years or older

Salary: $23 - $26 hourly
