```Responsibilities```
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts.
- Manage and lead a team of hourly employees to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure food quality and restaurant cleanliness meet company standards.
- Supervise food preparation and handling to maintain health and safety regulations.
- Utilize MICROS POS system for order processing and inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry with a focus on coffee, culinary, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of food service management practices and food handling procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
