Key Holder/Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. You will assist in supervising and leading a team of retail associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales.

```Responsibilities```
- Manage day-to-day store operations in the absence of the store manager
- Supervise and train retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, targets, and performance expectations
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new retail associates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong retail sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bilingual proficiency (preferred)
- Excellent stock management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor relationships and pricing agreements
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and providing information
- Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures
