- Participate in the product development process from new idea generation, conception, testing, and go-to-market execution strategies
- Evolve the brand aesthetic (via brand visuals and content shoots)
- Help identify sustainable updates to the brand
- Build powerpoints to tell a story
- Turn trends into meaningful new product ideas
YOUR SKILLS:
- Current undergraduate or MBA student studying marketing, business, or social science
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convince & influence
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
