Kennel Technician

Jamieson Creek Kennel in Clovis, NM is looking for one Kennel Technician to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 1348 Curry Road J.1. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, hard-working and has a strong passion for animals. We are seeking a part-time employee for our evening shift, with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities (include but not limited too)

• Letting dogs outside for their scheduled potty/playtimes
• Following specific feeding/watering instructions
• Cleaning and disinfecting indoor and outdoor areas
• Administering medication
• Monitoring the overall health of dogs
• Interacting with dog owner's
• Checking in/Checking out dogs using our kennel software
• Operating our payment system

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good communication and team work skills
• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs on a semi regular basis
