Kennel Position

Responsibilities:
- Working within the kennel to provide daily care for animals in the kennel, including feeding, watering, and cleaning
- Good communication skills
- Bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
- Handle animal restraint when necessary for medical procedures or grooming
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kennel area
- Provide exercise and playtime for animals to ensure their physical and mental well-being
- Assist with administering medications as directed by veterinary staff
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about services and answering questions

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with animals in a professional setting is required
- Knowledge of basic animal care and handling techniques
- Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Weekends and holidays are required
